How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches out to Tvabove Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to share a concern and what we do afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Up

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Tvabove Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something goes wrong with work in your home, it often helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Tvabove Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@tvabove.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
